NOTICE OF BUSINESS CLOSURE AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Dear Valued Client:
We are writing to formally notify you that Kreyling Creative LLC will be closing its business operations effective October 31, 2026. Accordingly, all existing service contracts, maintenance agreements, hosting arrangements, and other ongoing service agreements with Kreyling Creative LLC will terminate and expire as of October 31, 2026, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
After many years of providing web design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related services, this decision represents the conclusion of an important chapter for Kreyling Creative LLC. We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to have served you and appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in our company over the years.
Final Invoices and Payments
Any outstanding balances for services provided through October 31, 2026 will be invoiced as applicable and will remain due according to the terms of your existing agreement.
Clients with recurring billing or automatic payments should review their payment arrangements to ensure that services are not billed beyond the termination date. Any final charges for services, hosting, domain renewals, or other applicable expenses incurred through the termination date will be included in the final invoice.
Website Hosting and Services
Kreyling Creative LLC will discontinue website hosting and other ongoing services provided directly by the company as of October 31, 2026.
Clients who wish to keep their websites online after this date will need to make arrangements with another hosting provider before the termination date. We strongly recommend beginning this transition as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for setup, testing, and DNS changes.
Domain Names
If Kreyling Creative LLC currently manages or renews your domain name(s), please make arrangements to transfer management of those domain names to another provider before October 31, 2026.
Where applicable, we will provide the necessary domain information and authorization details to facilitate the transfer. Clients are responsible for ensuring that domain registrations remain active and that any required renewal fees are paid directly to the new registrar or service provider.
Website Files and Client Materials
Upon request and subject to the terms of your existing agreement and any outstanding account balance, we will make reasonable efforts to provide copies of applicable website files and other client-owned materials in our possession.
Clients requesting a transfer of website files, databases, or other materials should contact us as soon as possible so that the transition can be coordinated before the October 31, 2026 closure date.
Please note that certain third-party services, software, licenses, subscriptions, or proprietary components may be subject to the terms and conditions of their respective providers and may not be transferable.
